Lionel Messi vs Cristiano Ronaldo: Who is better? Football fans have voted in a poll conducted by a major sports media outlet.

ESPN conducted a poll asking fans to pick the best players in the world in the 21st century, and on July 23, they released their list of the top 25 players.

The outlet reported that fans voted Messi as the number one choice, follow by Ronaldo, while former France striker Thierry Henry came in third, ahead of Les Bleus legend Zinedine Zidane.

Luka Modric came in fifth, followed by Kylian Mbappe, while former Brazil striker Ronaldo was ninth. With Sergio Ramos the top defender in 14th place ยูฟ่าเบท. 

The top 20 is missing Andrea Pirlo, Wayne Rooney, Patrick Vieira, Luis Suarez and Gianluigi Buffon, as they all finished in the top 25.

However, after the list was released, fans expressed their dissatisfaction with Neymar, the striker from the city of coffee, being ranked 20th, with the following comments on social media:

“Neymar is too low on this list.”

Neymar is 20th? Seriously disrespectful to the third player of the generation.”

“Nobody can do what Neymar can do. Nobody has the skills he has. It’s disrespectful!”

“Aren’t you guys ashamed? Ibrahimovic doesn’t even have the right to tie Neymar’s shoes.”
